Reflexology Massage Therapy

Reflexology is the application of acupressure and massage to the hands and feet. We also use corresponding essential oils throughout the treatment. It is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body and when pressure is applied to the specific areas of the foot it is believed to bring relaxation and healing to those corresponding areas of the body.
