Chakra Balancing Massage

Chakra  Massage is a deeply relaxing 30 to 60 minute treatment aiming to energize and balance 7 energy points along body chakras while using a variety healing techniques in a single session.  When we can’t OR are unable to shift energy blockages, our entire health and well being is compromised. I will channel Reiki to shift energy and remove negative, low vibration blockages, sound therapy, and use of specific essential oils for more enhanced benefit.  

Chakra Balancing massage eases muscle tension, soothes the mind and helps to bring balance to the Chakra system from the base of the spine to the crown on the head, however treatment begins at feet and works the way up through every joint of the body. Many of our health issues can stem from suppressed or deeply rooted emotions so it is ok to expect Somatic Emotional Release, that is part of the healing process. I am happy to leave the room upon your request to let you process or stay with you while you process, you will always be in a safe place here. 

Sessions begin with a consultation. Typically will need 3 to 4 sessions for complete balance. A treatment plan will be discussed.
