Please note that an additional fee applies to specific therapists and will be applied at checkout for all members.
Your monthly membership credit/credits can be scheduled or used as needed:
30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 2 hours, and so on.
Please be aware of your monthly credit usage based on your membership level to ensure you do not incur any unexpected charges for visits exceeding your membership credits.
Example: You have the Gold Membership (60-minute credit) and use 90 minutes in one month. You will be charged for the additional 30 minutes, minus your Membership discount.
Memberships are set up on auto-pay for 12 months and will run on the 1st of every month. Memberships may be paused for up to three months upon submission of a written request, provided it is received at least 30 days before the billing cycle.
To cancel a membership before the agreed-upon term, a signed cancellation form is required at least 30 days before the start of the billing cycle. A $250 fee is assessed for cancellations made before the agreed 12 months.
Memberships must be active and current to use the membership benefits or credits.
