Please note that an additional fee applies to specific therapists and will be applied at checkout for all members.
Your monthly membership credit/credits can be scheduled or used as needed, i.e.: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 2 hours, etc.
Please be aware of your monthly credit usage based on your membership level to ensure you do not incur any unexpected charges for visits exceeding your membership credits.
Example: You have the Gold Membership (60-minute credit) and use 90 minutes in one month. You will be charged for the additional 30 minutes, minus your Membership discount.
Memberships are set up on auto-pay for 12 months and will run on the 1st of every month. Memberships may be paused for up to three months upon submission of a written request at least 30 days before the billing cycle. To cancel, a signed cancellation form is required at least 30 days before the start of the billing cycle. A $250 fee is assessed for cancellations made before the agreed 12 months.
