Cellulite forms in the superficial fascia, a fibrous layer of connective tissue below the skin containing fat cells. Adhesions or scar tissue form in the fascia from injuries, improper exercise, overuse of muscle, or inactivity. Fatty tissue pushes through the damaged fibrous fascia bands that connect skin to muscle; the bands pull down & tether skin, causing dimples/ripples in specific areas.  A complete evaluation is done, and measurements are taken if needed- before and after photos upon approval. Anti Cellulite Treatment begins with connective tissue massage. We stretch and smooth the fascia using modalities such as Maderoterapia (wood therapy) and cupping combined with our high-grade anti-cellulite cream, and lastly, manual lymphatic drainage to stimulate the removal of scar tissue, damaged tissues, chemicals, and increase circulation for healing and repair.

 Typical Treatment plan: Six sessions, one scheduled every three days; anti-cellulite treatment includes a body wrap after each set of three treatments to reduce or diminish the appearance of cellulite. Stretching, light exercise, and a healthy diet will be discussed, as will a maintenance plan after the treatment plan is completed.
