ESSENTIAL "Massage Only" CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Adults 18 and older:

$79 monthly plus $3.50 processing fee

12-month agreement

This membership includes only one massage service; no extra perks. May use time per month for a 60-minute massage or a Lite Head Spa service.  Member-only pricing for add-ons and recovery services (15% discount on regular-priced services).

ESSENTIAL Health & Wellness CLUB MEMBERSHIP

ADULTS 18 and older:  

$99 monthly plus $4.00 processing fee

12-month agreement

• One 60-minute session per month (you can always add time at the membership rate)
  Any standard one-hour service, fully customized to your needs 
• Member rate $79 (adult) and $59 (junior) for up to 3 additional 60-minute massage treatments.
• Add 30 minutes for only $39.50
• No additional fee for senior or specialized practitioners
  Members receive access to all providers at the same member rate 
• One complimentary sauna session per month
  Additional sauna sessions are available for $25 each 
• One complimentary 30-minute Vibra-Acoustic Reset session per month. Additional sessions available for $25 each

JUNIOR CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Newborn to 17 years of age:

$75 monthly plus $3.00 processing fee

The Junior Essential Health & Wellness Club Membership is designed to support growing bodies and developing nervous systems with age-appropriate therapeutic care. Sauna access is not included in the Junior Membership.

SPECIALTY TREATMENTS/THERAPIES CLUB MEMBERSHIP

$125 plus $5 processing fee monthly.  

This Membership includes the Specialty treatments and therapies listed below (no more than two different services per day during regular business hours): 

• One: Stretch therapy: 30-minute treatment per month
• One: Ionic foot Bath 30-minute treatment- per month
• One: Ear Candling 30-minute treatment- per month
• Unlimited: Salt Therapy Infrared Sauna 30-minute Treatment (1x per day)
• Unlimited: Vibro-Acoustic Float Therapy 30 minutes  (1x per day)
• Unlimited: 10-minute Oxygen Treatment  (1x per day)
• Unlimited: 10-minute Vibration Plate Therapy session  (1x per day)
• Fit 3D Body Scan-(one per month) $10
• A 30-day meal plan, including recipes, shopping lists, macros, and nutritional information, is provided to you via email for $46.00. For a printed meal plan, an additional $25.00 fee applies. Please note that this service does require a Functional Holistic Health Practitioner Consultation to discuss individual needs and goals. You can use a membership credit or schedule a paid visit and use your membership discount and this visit can be done in-house or via video chat; meal plans are completely customized to meet the needs of any client, including those seeking weight loss/gain, high protein, alkaline, anti-inflammatory, diabetes management, vegan, gluten-free, pre- or post-pregnancy, cholesterol-lowering, heart-healthy, and many more.

Membership is set up on auto-pay for 12 months- $129 plus $5.16 processing fee. This membership is intended for use by a single individual and can not be shared. 

If you renew your membership, you will receive a complimentary month of the Specialty membership, redeemable after 12 calendar months.

Infrared Sauna Unlimited $49.99 plus $2 processing fee monthly.

Enjoy unlimited daily 30-minute Infrared Sauna sessions during normal business hours. Call ahead to schedule or let us know you will be dropping in.  Key Health and Wellness Benefits:

Your first Fit3D body scan is complimentary. Members may then add one scan per month for $10 to track posture, symmetry, and body changes over time. (Regularly $29.99)

• The Essential Health & Wellness Club Membership is designed for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred. 
• Monthly access hours are intended to support consistency and must be used within each billing cycle. Unused hours do not roll over. 
• Membership benefits are subject to practitioner availability 
• Add-ons, specialty modalities, and extended sessions are priced separately 
• Sauna and Vibra-Acoustic sessions do not replace bodywork session time 
• Membership is a 12-month contracted agreement- $99 plus $4 processing fee Junior membership $79 plus $3 processing fee set up on auto pay to run the first of every month. An initial set up fee of $29 is included in your first month.

• Memberships may be paused for up to three (3) months with no additional fees, provided a written request is submitted at least 7 days prior to the billing cycle 
• Early membership cancellation may be requested by submitting the required cancellation request form,  Early cancellation fees may apply.
